Title :電気工学科における数学基礎演習Aでの学習状況の把握

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to survey learning context at Elementary Mathematic Practice A in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Elementary Mathematic Practice A is a required course which includes trigonometric function and complex number on a high school level. The content of the lecture provides basic knowledge for understanding specialized courses. However,the numbers of students who have limited insight into the content have been increasing. This is partly because many students have little study habits. The students take mini-exam and evaluate their studying context by themselves at every lecture. Analysis of the self-evaluations and mini-exam results shows that there are gaps in perception between their real academic abilities and self-assumptive academic abilities. We think the gaps would prevent the students from studying continuously.
