Title :酸化還元色素電解重合膜の電気化学特性とチロシナーゼを用いた

Abstract :Three redox dyes,Neutral Red (NR),Brilliant Cresyl Blue(BCB),and Toluidine Blue(TB),which have similar substituents on phenazine,phenoxazine,and phenothiazine ring structures independently,have been electropolymerized with cyclic voltmmometric technique onto graphite electrodes. These polyazines were found to show inherent redox activities,while the redox potentials were shifted to the positive potential region compared with those of the corresponding monomer. Enzyme electrodes constructed with tyrosinase(EC 1. 14.18.1)showed the sensor response against 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP)employed as a model substrate, and it was observed that the response current could be increased by introducing a layer of poly(NR)or poly (BCB) on the surface of graphite electrodes. It is suggested that these redox active polyazine layers act as electron mediators, though unambiguous evidence has not been obtained by examining the change of cyclic voltammograms with addition of the substrate.
